I was lucky to encounter 3 fully identical - and fully matching! - IMO early-war period, WH M36-type (Heer) soldiers-type shoulderstrap-pairs (rounded style), as intended for a: 'Soldat der Nachrichten-truppen' (signals-soldier), all three in a very nice (ie. stonemint-/unissued!) condition. The boards - which are IMO of the early-war-type having dark-green coloured 'upper-decks' - have the neat, light-yellow- (ie. Zitronengelb) coloured, silk-like-type piping. The tongues are naturally also present. The boards - which measure approximately 11 cms. - have the dark-green coloured upperdecks and are apart from the lining of the tongues entirely constructed from smooth-type wool: I therefore deem them being of the privately-purchased type. The sets are simply never used and originate from the left-overs of a tailor-shop (Lagerbestand). The price is naturally per matching pair. It should be noted that all soldiers-type boards being of the M36 type (ie. having dark-green upperdecks) are not that easy to encounter. Simply a nice opportunity to acquire a 'text-book' pair of 'Nachrichten' shoulderboards: great to complete any 'Heeres'-tunic or simply to be stored in a shoulderboard-collection!
