This is a very nice - albeit regrettably single - (IMO) mid-war period, WH (Heer) NCO-type shoulderstrap, as intended for an: 'Unteroffizier der Sanitäter' (junior NCO in a medical regiment), in nice and only slightly used condition. The board - which is of the mid-war -type - has a field-grey upper-deck and has the neat, darker-blue coloured, 'silk-like'-type, piping. The tongue is naturally also present. The board - which measures 11,5 cms. - shows the neat, bluish-grey coloured, sub-dued, 'Heeres-type' NCO-braid attached. Simply a nice 'text-book' Heeres 'Sanitäter' board. Too bad it is only a single one!
